AI Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality features for GenAI-powered learning and content creation products
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to convert product ideas into scalable technical solutions
• Integrate with LLMs, AI APIs, agents, prompt workflows, vector search, and related AI tooling where required
• Develop backend services, APIs, frontend experiences, and internal tools that support rapid experimentation
• Participate in 0-to-1 product discovery and help validate ideas through quick prototypes and MVPs
• Own features end-to-end — from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Collaborate on prompt-engineering workflows, content-generation pipelines, review flows, and AI quality improvements
• Build systems that are reliable, observable, secure, and maintainable
• Work with usage data, product feedback, and error patterns to improve product experience and system performance
• Stay hands-on with the latest AI developer tools and use them to improve engineering velocity

Qualification & Experience

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or product-led engineering teams
• Strong hands-on coding ability in one or more modern stacks such as React, .NET, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or similar
• Experience building APIs, backend services, web applications, or scalable product features
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from scratch rather than waiting for fully-defined specs
