Product Analytics Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Data
• Analyse product usage data and user behaviour metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, or equivalent platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key product KPIs.
• Documentation & Research
• Create and maintain clear, structured product documentation including PRDs, user manuals, etc.
• Document user research findings, interview summaries, and usability testing outcomes.
• Cross-functional Support
• Monitor and report on post-launch metrics to evaluate the impact of new features and initiatives

Qualification & Experience 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or Python is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create structured, concise documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Genuine curiosity about product, technology, and user behaviour.
