API Architect/Senior API Developer

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Develop API standards and best practices
• Review API designs and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with development teams on API implementation
• Help establish API security patterns and practices
• Development & Implementation
• Create API documentation and specifications
• Implement API solutions using modern frameworks
• Support integration with various internal and external systems
• Assist in API testing and performance optimization
• Help maintain API gateway and management tools

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong background in API development and integration
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Node.js, Python, or Java)
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Understanding of API security fundamentals
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
