Cloud - Team Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train a team of cloud engineers, managing workloads and conducting performance reviews.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Align cloud strategies with business objectives, enhancing cost-efficiency (right-sizing) and security.
• Collaborate with developers, security teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualification & Experience      

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP), with previous team management experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms
• Certified in AWS/Azure/GCP
• Proven ability to mentor, excellent communication, and strategic thinking.
• Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent
• System uptime and reliability (SLA adherence) for all support and implementation projects.
• Cost optimization metrics for all the customers
• Deployment frequency and change failure rate (DevOps performance).
• Team performance and skill development.
