Data Center Operations Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth network functionality.
• Maintain network documentation and logs.
• Follow security protocols and ensure network safety.

Qualification & Experience   

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI Model).
• Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn.
• Open to work in rotational shifts (if required).
