Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize solutions within the Service Assurance stream
  • Work closely within the Service Assurance Squad
  • Support and enhance ITSM/ITOM processes and CMDB capabilities



Qualifications & Experience   

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Development (Glide, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Discovery
  • Experience with ATF testing
  • Strong CMDB expertise
  • Good understanding of Service Assurance, ITSM, and ITOM processes
