Image Annotation Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Learn and accurately identify equipment features on electric utility poles
• Annotate and label equipment features on digital photos
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of annotations, preventing errors that could impact the value of machine learning algorithms
• Ensure consistency in annotations, following annotation guidelines and maintaining documentation
• Update and create new annotation documentation as needed
• Follow quality control checks and standards

Qualification & Experience       

• Bachelor Degree in Technology, Artificial Intelligence or related field
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, detail orientated person
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow
• Prior exposure to AI computer vision through related experience or education
• Familiarity with computer vision technologies and terminology
• Familiarity with annotation programs like AWS Ground Truth or Roboflow
• Adaptable to requirement adjustments and changes
