Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, availability, and operational health of mission?critical platforms and enterprise services.
• Lead resolution of high?severity and cross?domain production incidents, providing technical leadership during outages.
• Drive deep root cause analysis (RCA) and post?incident reviews, ensuring systemic and long?term remediation.
• Identify systemic reliability risks and lead preventative automation initiatives to eliminate recurring incidents.
• Guide vulnerability remediation, patching strategies, and compliance alignment across platforms.

Qualification & Experinece

• 11–13 years of experience in automation, SRE, DevOps, or production engineering roles.
• Proven leadership in system design, automation architecture, and reliability engineering.
