Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 support to Teamcenter users, resolving application and data-related issues with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.
• Administer system health, apply updates, and manage user roles and permissions to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Support data migration and validation efforts, maintaining data integrity and compliance with global standards.
• Analyze system performance, optimize queries, and recommend enhancements to improve scalability and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to PLM system evolution.

Qualification & Experience

• Strong foundational knowledge of PLM systems, especially Siemens Teamcenter.
• Hands-on experience with BMIDE, ITK, Java, and SQL.
• Familiarity with CAD integrations and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exposure to PLM support in global engineering environments and understanding of Agile or ITIL practices is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and improving systems that support innovation
