Team Lead, Integrations Operations

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a high?performing Integration Operations team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and operational discipline.
• Manage day?to?day operations across SAP PO, SAP CI, API Management, and SSIS?based manufacturing integrations.
• Drive incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and long?term preventive actions.
• Communicate effectively with business teams, customers, vendors, and integration partners to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance with ITIL processes and internal standards.
• Monitor system performance and implement actions that strengthen stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support automation efforts and ongoing improvement of integration platforms and operational processes.

Qualification & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PO, SAP Cloud Integration, and API Management solutions.
• Good working knowledge of SSIS, SQL Server, and manufacturing data integrations.
• Deep understanding of A2A/B2B integration patterns, EDI, IDoc, XML/JSON, REST/SOAP.
• Experience working with adapters such as SFTP, AS2, JDBC, RFC, and awareness of integration security best practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders in global environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12 years in integration technologies, including 2–3 years in a team-lead capacity.
• ITIL certification and experience in global or manufacturing environments are strong advantages.
