• Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
• Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
• Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
• Beginner proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Intermediate proficiency in customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
