Monitoring , Troubleshoot and provide support to Production/UAT Applications

Analyzes production issues and recommends strategy.
Participate in performance monitoring and optimization
Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task
Performs actions based on business/operational needs.
Verifies environment stability.
Reviews documented processes for accuracy relevance.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Creates documented process for daily activities
Researches and advises on production anomalies.
Applies functional knowledge of the processes for remediation of anomalies.
Applies functional knowledge to support incident management requests.
Works with Support Teams to define root cause and replicate issues.
Works with Support Team to re mediate issues
Configures system settings and options, plans and executes acceptance testing, and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
