Own and coordinate end-to-end technical deployment activities for significant IT changes, including CCS releases, technical upgrades, PSU drops, in-life fixes, and failover or disaster recovery rehearsals.
Drive deployment planning, rehearsals, cutover, rollback, and hypercare activities, ensuring readiness across all dependent systems and teams.
Ensure Change Request (CRQ) documentation, run books, and deployment plans are complete, accurate, and audit-ready prior to execution.
Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure, operations, service introduction, and third-party suppliers to ensure aligned execution and appropriate support coverage.
Manage Go / No Go decision points, proactively escalating risks, issues, and dependencies in a timely and transparent manner.
Lead deployment bridges and war rooms during high-risk or business-critical changes, enabling rapid decision-making and resolution.
Ensure effective handover to Operations, including Early Life Support and contribution to Post Implementation Reviews (PIR).
Report deployment status, risks, and outcomes to IT and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Support continuous service improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to enhancements in deployment processes and tooling.
