Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor (Pro)
• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
• Customize themes, templates, and plugins
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and conflicts
• Work with hosting environments and deploy websites
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to improve UI/UX

Qualification & Experience    

• Experience with Elementor Theme Builder
• Familiarity with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) and custom post types
• Experience with staging environments and migrations
• Understanding of version control (Git)
• 2–5+ years of WordPress development experience
• Strong portfolio of Elementor-based websites
• Proven experience converting Figma designs into live websites
• Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect execution)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
• Strong experience with WordPress development
• Advanced proficiency in Elementor (custom layouts, global styles, dynamic content)
• Proven experience working with Figma (design handoff, spacing, typography, components)
• HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
• JavaScript / jQuery
• Good working knowledge of PHP (beyond basics) for customization and debugging
• Experience with theme customization and child themes
• Hands-on experience with:
• VPS / Cloud hosting environments
• Website deployments and server management
• SSH, SFTP, and basic command-line operations
