Associate AI Engineer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Support the development and testing of AI-driven features within Workforce Agility products, including AI-native capabilities using Generative AI.
• Assist in implementing machine learning models under guidance, including NLP and recommendation system components.
• Help collect, clean, and preprocess datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Participate in experiments using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python or Java code.
• Contribute to debugging, performance tuning, and basic model evaluation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Research emerging AI tools and best practices and share learnings with the team.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Python or Java programming.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering).
• Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, or Generative AI (academic projects or internships count).
• Familiarity with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
