Responsibilities

•  Identify Business Process AI Opportunities within the Organization
• Partner with cross functional teams and leadership.
• Proactively evaluate existing business processes and workflows
• Identify areas where AI can drive efficiency, accuracy, or scale
• Redesign workflows using an AI-first approach (current ? future state)

Experience

• 5–9 years in Workflow Automation across departments
• Proven track record of building and scaling AI systems in production
• Strong ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes
• Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment
• Experience driving cross-functional transformation at scale
