Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end modernization of the enterprise client application while managing BAU delivery.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Provide both technical architecture leadership and project governance.
• Application Context
• Backend: Java (Monolithic Architecture)
• Frontend: Angular
• Hosting: AWS
• Future roadmap includes phased modernization.
• Key Responsibilities -Modernization & Architecture
• Define target-state architecture and modernization roadmap.
• Guide architectural decisions ensuring scalability and stability.
• Mitigate technical risks during transformation.
• Key Responsibilities -Client & Delivery Leadership
• Engage non-technical stakeholders with business-aligned communication.
• Own delivery plans, timelines, risks, and reporting.
• Ensure uninterrupted BAU delivery.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of fewer than 10 members.
• Ensure quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience  

• 10+ years in software delivery and technical leadership roles.
• Strong Java and Angular application experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS environments.
• Proven modernization program leadership.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Exposure to MySQL HeatWave.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
