.NET Technical Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to end-to-end SDLC delivery of .NET / Angular applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical design and implementation plans.
• Lead development across .NET (C#, Web API), Angular, and SQL Server.
• Ensure code quality, standards, and best practices through reviews.
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SQL Server .
• Apply design patterns and SOLID principles in application development.
• Drive component-level design decisions and guide team members.
• Handle team coordination, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and technical challenges proactively.
• Work closely with Client / BA / PM for requirement clarification and delivery alignment.
• Provide technical solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
• Participate in production support, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in quality processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• Contribute to training and mentoring of team members.

Qualification & Experience 

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software design & development, database design, and system integration.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies – .NET / ASP.NET / .NET Core .
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Angular.
• Extensive experience in Full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
• Strong understanding of Git-based source control (branching strategies, pull requests).
• Knowledge of application security best practices and secure coding standards.
• Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity frameworks)
• Strong experience in SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Experience with Microsoft platform and solution stack (Web, APIs, enterprise applications).
• Good understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Exposure to Quality Management Processes and best practices.
• Experience in MVC architecture, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience in enterprise application development (support + enhancements).
• Exposure to .NET MAUI for cross-platform application development.
• Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field.
