Support during USA business hours and flexibility to be available 24x7 to manage critical incidents
Work with OEM to handle issues and support • Administer and support Cisco Meraki devices: MX (firewalls), MS (switches), MR (wireless), MV (cameras).
Manage configurations, firmware updates, and monitoring through the Meraki Dashboard.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, wireless connectivity problems, and security appliance alerts.
Maintain network availability, uptime, and performance across remote sites.
Monitor alerts, health status, bandwidth usage, and security events.
Support new site activations, network expansions, and device replacements.
Maintain documentation including network diagrams and device inventories.
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for connectivity and hardware RMA issues.
Qualification & Experience
Hands-on experience managing Cisco Meraki network environments. • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, Wi Fi fundamentals. • Experience troubleshooting Meraki access points, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. • Good understanding of network security best practices. • Ability to analyze logs, alerts, event data, and performance metrics. • Strong problem solving and customer support mindset.
Preferred Qualifications • Cisco Meraki certification (CMNA/CMNO). • CCNA or equivalent networking certification. • Experience supporting enterprise multi site networks. • Basic scripting/automation knowledge (Python/PowerShell) is a plus.
Education • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
