IT Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage software development projects.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to meet project goals.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and solve issues quickly.
• Make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Use tools like Jira or Trello to manage tasks and workflows.
• Lead project meetings, share updates with clients, and keep everyone aligned.
• Support the team with technical discussions and basic problem-solving.
• Follow best practices for software development, security, and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members when needed

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/ME/MTech) or a related technical field.
• Strong experience and project management certifications are also welcomed.
• At least 2 years managing technical/software development projects.
• Good understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Basic understanding of web technologies and application development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
