Programmer Analyst Trainee

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of data pipelines, dashboards, and backend systems.
• Work on system development, reporting and automation projects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Document technical solutions and participate in code reviews. § Manage data and application operations, following SOPs to monitor and execute scheduled jobs, workflows, and system processes.
• Run and validate data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and performance.
• Assist in debugging, testing, and deploying code across environments.

Qualification & Experience           

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Certifications in Data Engineering (SQL or Python) or Reporting (Power BI or Tableau) is mandatory.
• Foundational programming knowledge in Python, SQL.
• Understanding of RDMS concept, data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development lifecycle and basic Git usage.
• Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
