Technical Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of e?commerce solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Work closely with the Enterprise Solution Architect and cross?functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding architectural decisions and resolving technical challenges within the Order Processing domain.
• Foster continuous improvement, define OpenAPI specifications, and ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop software using modern technologies (PHP, Laravel, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, MySQL/NoSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, Playwright) and mentor developers to achieve successful project delivery.

Qualification & Experience 

• Minimum 10 years in software architecture, including 3+ years in e?commerce environments.
• Skilled in PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, and Playwright.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, and scalable solution design.
• Proven experience leading development teams within Agile frameworks, with strong problem?solving skills and commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non?technical stakeholders; high level of English proficiency.
• Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
