Perform accessibility audits against WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 guidelines
Conduct both manual and automated accessibility tests (keyboard navigation, screen reader testing, focus order validation)
Validate ARIA roles, semantic HTML, and accessible form controls
Perform mobile accessibility testing (iOS VoiceOver, Android TalkBack)
Build and maintain automation frameworks, tests, and tools to boost test coverage, efficiency, and CI/CD integration.
Develop and maintain test plans and test cases and execute functional testing for each release to ensure all acceptance criteria are met while supporting consistent QA strategies and continuous improvement.
Support accessibility compliance initiatives (ADA, Section 508)
Qualification & Experience
Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards
Hands-on experience with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, ARIA
Knowledge of color contrast and UI accessibility principles
Strong programming skills in JavaScript (experience with Python/Java is a plus).
Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, DOM, REST APIs, JSON).
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright or similar tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer).
Good understanding of Page Object Model (POM), data-driven testing, and parallel execution.
