Senior Frontend Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of responsive, dynamic web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
• Architect, design, and implement robust and reusable front-end components and systems using frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or similar.
• Seamlessly integrate and bind APIs with front-end applications, ensuring smooth data flow and consistent user experiences across the stack.
• Build and optimize data visualizations using libraries such as Chart.js and D3.js, while ensuring performance and responsiveness.
• Champion the implementation of cutting-edge web design principles, including cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first, responsive layouts using advanced tools like Bootstrap.js or custom CSS frameworks.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of applications across multiple platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and review code to maintain high-quality development standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to design specifications.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and best practices, and contribute to evolving team workflows and processes.

Qualification & Experience

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development with advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries like React.js, Vue.js, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and a deep knowledge of front-end technologies and tools (e.g., Bootstrap, Sass, Webpack, etc.).
• Experience in API binding and integration, with a deep understanding of RESTful API and GraphQL to handle asynchronous data.
• Proficiency in creating interactive, data-driven visualizations using Chart.js, D3.js, or similar libraries.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, or other equivalent).
• Expertise in performance optimization techniques for web applications.
• Solid understanding of front-end tooling, version control (Git), and build systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience with API integration and full-stack development practices.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies and/or familiarity with back-end processes.
• Exposure to agile development practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with design systems and UI/UX design tools.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
