Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them in their growth and development.
• Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.

Qualification & Experience    

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in web development using Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
