Primarily responsible for developing, operating, and maintaining a monitoring infrastructure consisting of multiple components. (SCOM, Zabbix, and Stathub our Proprietary Internal Tool)
Required to create and maintain technical documentation for tools and processes created or modified.
Required to leverage CSG’s source control best practices for tools and configuration items created or modified.
Working knowledge of both Windows and UNIX operating systems. Ability to read and write scripts in a variety of scripting languages.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
Ability to recognize areas in need of improvement and solve complex problems related to interconnected software components.
Software development course work and/or experience required.
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), and CI/CD concepts.
Exposure to web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar.
Understanding of version control systems (Git) and basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Interest in AI/ML concepts, with hands-on experience in any AI framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) being a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
