Senior Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• The goal of the SLS Infrastructure Automation team is to automate the delivery of services, to improve efficiency, reduce costs and errors and shorten delivery times. The team utilizes CI/CD pipelines, scripting and other automation techniques to deliver this goal.
• In your role, you will report to the Automation Team Lead and cooperate with the Cloud and Network teams. You will be involved in all stages of the automation process: from defining technical designs, over implementation and documentation, to acceptance testing and maintenance.
• You are a skilled DevOps engineer, with experience on CI/CD (GitHub, Terraform), scripting (Python & PowerShell) and proficient on one or more cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• You’ll be part of a skilled DevOps team where you will work on challenging assignments and where continuous learning is encouraged to keep up with fast evolving technologies. A hands-on, problem solving mindset with focus for quality and details is key for this job.

Qualification & Experience

• Total Experience: 5 To 10
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the DevOps domain
• Demonstrated success in performing similar DevOps roles within large and complex organizations
