Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress, allowing them to focus on delivering high-value increments.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles, enhancing their skills and promoting self-organization within the team.
- Track project progress and team performance using relevant metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on their processes and outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and management, ensuring clear communication regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilize technical knowledge to engage effectively with development teams, understanding challenges and facilitating discussions that lead to solutions.
- Responsible for the delivery of software applications
- Ability to work as Scrum master on the software project using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
- Manage technical and business stakeholders
- Manage the project risks.
Qualification & Experience
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and software architecture.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role is highly preferred to ensure understanding of technical challenges faced by the team.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead multiple Agile teams effectively while managing competing priorities.
- Deep Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework
- Continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset
- Handson technical experience as Developer, DevOps.
- A curious and passionate approach to problem-solving, building, and self-improvement.
