Main Responsibility: Provide expert system administration and technical troubleshooting for product infrastructure to resolve hardware and software malfunctions and optimize the customer experience.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external customers to fulfill service requests and manage physical and virtual Information Technology inventory, including the repair of failed devices.
Compliance: Maintain system audit readiness by ensuring all storage and compute assets strictly adhere to organizational security policies and industry best practices
Qualification & Experience
4-8 years of experience in technical operations or an equivalent combination of professional training.
Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) deployment, operating system and firmware patching practices, and local area network concepts such as TCP/IP, routers, and switches.
Proven ability in complex troubleshooting and systems verification and validation across various platforms, including Nutanix, VMware, and Azure.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Sciences or a related field is preferred
