Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsibility 1: Configure, customize, and maintain imaging capture workflows—including document classification, data extraction, and validation—to ensure efficient digital processing.
• Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with integrations between capture platforms and downstream systems such as content management and reporting modules.
• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with Information Technology (IT) governance, security, and coding standards while maintaining clear technical documentation for all configurations and Structured Query Language (SQL) logic.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in configuration and development roles within Information Technology (IT) organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Imaging Capture Tools such as Kofax, Captiva, ABBYY, OpenText Omni, IBM Datacap, Ephesoft, or Hyland OnBase Capture.
• Proven ability in working with SQL and relational databases, with a solid understanding of document and records management concepts.
