Fullstack Developer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications (front-end & back-end)
• Lead and manage development tasks within the team
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet strict deadlines
• Assign and review tasks for junior developers or interns
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Maintain project documentation and progress tracking
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

Qualification & Experience

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks like React.js /Tailwind CSS
• Back-end expertise in Node.js / Python / Django
• Database knowledge: MySQL / MongoDB
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations
• Proficiency in Git or version control systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Prior experience in a team lead or senior developer role
