Sr. System Administrator

Job Description:

Qualification & Experience  

· Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Permissions Management

· Demonstrated strong experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra, Sharepoint, MFA

· Strong experience working with and troubleshooting Azure or AWS Cloud, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, Cloud Networking

· Storage Management (SAN), LUN Activities, Snapshots, Clones

· Familiarity with web technologies, IIS Application Pools, Load Balancing, SSL Offloading

· Strong understanding of enterprise level infrastructure and ITIL processes

· Strong Powershell scripting experience

· Strong problem solving and project management skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

· Familiarity with virtualized infrastructure (VMWare or XenServer)

· Strong analytical knowledge and troubleshooting methodologies

· Demonstrated knowledge in supplemental Microsoft Technologies

· Knowledge of image-based backups, snapshots, and disaster recovery methodologies

· Familiarity with Citrix, XenApp, Hosted Shared Desktops, is a plus

· Strong experience with Office 365 administration and Exchange (on-prem & online).

· Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.

· Hands-on experience with VMware ,NAS ans SAN Experience.

· General understanding of networking technologies

· Powershell and GraphAPI experience
