Sr. Technical Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities

•  Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions for enterprise clients.
•  Design and deploy Data Mapping strategies and build a Unified Data Catalog.
•  Develop and enforce Data Governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
•  Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Protection rules.
•  Implement and monitor Insider Risk Management protocols.
•  Drive adoption of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and DSPM for AI across client environments.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, Legal, and IT Operations.
•  Provide technical documentation, training, and guidance to stakeholders.
•  Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal governance policies.

Qualification & Experience

•  Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview in enterprise environments.
•  Strong understanding of data classification, sensitivity labels, and compliance policies.
•  Experience configuring and managing DLP, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management.
