Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise storage platforms:
  • IBM FlashSystem 9200/9500
  • Dell PowerMax
  • Pure Storage FlashArray (T0)
  • Dell Unity
  • Dell Isilon (PowerScale)
  • Configure and manage Brocade Connectrix and Cisco MDS SAN switches
  • Perform LUN provisioning, masking, zoning, and mapping
  • Monitor storage performance and capacity utilization
  • Troubleshoot SAN, fabric, and storage-related issues
  • Perform firmware upgrades and patching activities
  • Support replication technologies (SRDF, Metro Mirror, Snapshot, etc.)
  • Assist in DR testing and failover/failback exercises
  • Create storage documentation and SOPs
  • Coordinate with server, virtualization, and database teams
