System Admin Internship

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and configuration of computers, OS, and software
• Provide basic technical support to users
• Monitor system performance and report issues
• Support network, printer, and hardware troubleshooting
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory
• Learn server, backup, and security basics

Qualification & Experience

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
• Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with Active Directory or user management (basic level)
• Willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills
