Job Description:

Responsibilities

•  Adhere to processes, policies and procedures laid down by the organization with respect to Service Delivery / Project Delivery.
•  Enhance service levels to build customer trust & satisfaction & attain high level of CSAT.
•  Able to transform our customers Security on their Microsoft platforms through designing and implementing Microsoft Security technologies in the cloud.
•  Perform discovery, analysis, design, build, test and deployment of solutions.
•  Providing Projects plans, Scope and SOPs etc.
•  Comfortable meeting with clients and leading workshops.
•  Work with other consultants and sales team members to design and execute the technical implementation of Enterprise Mobility + Security solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
•  Recommend a solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks). 

Experience

•  Minimum 5 + Years of experience on Microsoft EMS Implementation & Deployment
•  Microsoft Certification on MS – 100, MS – 101, MS – 500 will be preferred & expected.
•  Deep and validated understanding of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security technologies.
