Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Documentation Development: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API references, and release notes, with a specific focus on AI/ML model configurations and data integration workflows
• Conceptual Simplification: Translate intricate concepts such as predictive analytics, neural networks, and data pipelines into digestible content for both technical and non-technical personas.
• UX & AI Writing: Review UI strings and chatbot interaction flows to ensure the user experience is intuitive and reflects the intelligence of the platform.
• Technical Accuracy: Work with SMEs to document the logic behind our Decision Skills, ensuring that data schemas and algorithmic outputs are accurately described.
• Content Strategy: Contribute to documentation standards that specifically address the unique needs of a Data Science-heavy platform.
• Lifecycle Management: Keep pace with rapid sprint cycles, ensuring documentation evolves as our AI models and data capabilities are updated.

Qualification & Experience

• As an experienced Technical Writer with 3-7 years of dedicated technical writing experience, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• Educational Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of Data Science and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read and explain technical architecture, including API structures (REST), JSON, and SQL basics.
• AI/ML Fluency: You must be comfortable discussing concepts like supervised/unsupervised learning, data modeling, and how AI-driven insights are generated.
• Exceptional Writing: Superior command of English with the ability to explain “the why” behind the data, not just “the how” of the interface.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with modern documentation stacks (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Gitbook, or Docs-as-Code environments).
• Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach to learning how data flows through a platform to solve complex business problems.
