The Operations Support Specialist supports Global Technical Support SEA team, work with onshore and offshore teams across various functions, such as Total Customer Experience, business data analysis, Process & Tools support, program/project management, etc.
Business Analytics
Project Management/Implementation
Generates, maintains and distributes reports, scorecards, KPIs, etc. in different formats e.g.
Provides analysis of operations’ trends and generates advanced root cause analysis in case of performance not meeting the targets
Supports quality improvement projects aiming at improving operational excellence and cost efficiency
Gives recommendations based on analysed data on how to progress, optimize or evolve internal business processes
Manages quality and operational performance data used to monitor results and drives programs to improve performance
Experience
First Level University degree. 5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
