Monitor and troubleshoot the organization's systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, incidents, and outages to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
Perform system administration tasks, including server configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
Conduct software and asset inventory audits and take appropriate actions to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.
Develop the documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Experience
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an IT Engineer
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Working experience in ticketing systems (Jira); networking systems like firewalls, switches, and servers (Squid/PXE); SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare, etc.)
Proficiency in Windows, Linux environments, and scripting
Strong knowledge of systems administration, networking, and IT infrastructure
Comfortable working in shifts on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 support
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
Experience in handling CCTV and Biometrics is a plus.
