As part of the KGS Global Customer Operations (GCO) - Global Business Service (GBS) team, the job role is:
To provide 2nd/3rd Level Web/Technical Production Support of eBusiness Web Tools for our Keysight customer base. Design, Development, Testing and general technical Support / maintenance of web applications/portals.
Work with different businesses, vendors and internal customers to provide effective and timely support.
Should act as a Technical and Business consultant for the projects assigned.
Should be flexible to work 24 x 5 as per job requirements.
To provide end to end support on customer queries over email/phone.
Work with deadlines and should meet 100% SLA.
Co-ordinate and manage end to end delivery.
Qualification & Experience
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/GNIIT in computers, EC, telecommunications or other related streams with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in web domain with following skills:
Strong coding/development knowledge of one or more of the server-side technologies [ASP, ASP.Net, C#, JSP, Servlets, ColdFusion, Python] and front-end technologies/frameworks like Bootstrap, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, CSS, Angular JS, NodeJS is must.
Prior working experience on ReactJS framework is highly preferred.
