About CMAT
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to Management Programme(s) in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE affiliated participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions.
Till 2018, the Test was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA is conducting this Test since 2019.
The CMAT-2025 will be conducted by the NTA. The CMAT is a three hours Computer Based Online Test which is conducted to evaluate the candidates ability across various segments like Quantitative Techniques, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness and Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Eligiblity
- As per CMAT eligibility criteria 2025, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Students of any stream i.e. Arts, Commerce, Science can appear for the examination.
- No minimum aggregate marks are required to fill CMAT application form. Also, there is no upper age limit to appear for CMAT exam.
- Final Year Students can also apply if their final year result will be out before the admission for the academic year 2023-24 begins. It is also vital that such applicants provide the correct official documents that prove that they fulfill all the minimum academic requirements.
