Design Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, etc.)
• Create marketing assets such as banners, landing page visuals, email creatives, and ads
• Design professional certificates and templates for various use cases (events, courses, corporate, etc.)
• Assist in improving UI elements (icons, layouts, visual components)
• Develop reusable design assets and templates
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and launches
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools

Qualification & Experience     

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, color theory)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Ability to design for digital platforms (web + social media)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Portfolio showcasing design work (required)
• Good to Have
• Experience in certificate or document design
• Experience with UI/UX design
• Motion graphics or video editing skills
• Understanding of branding and marketing design
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech products
