You are responsible for supporting the introduction and ensuring the successful operation of our cloud?based Task Mining platform (KYP.ai) across finance teams. This includes overseeing its configuration and administration, such as user and role management, process?specific monitoring parameters, and technical coordination with IT and the external vendor within our SaaS and cloud environment.

Based on these insights, you will work with the business to recommend process improvements or automation initiatives (such as RPA or workflow automation) and oversee the continuous optimization of the solution, including its potential integration into the reporting landscape (e.g. via SQL?based data models, APIs or BI tools).
- You will support users through focused trainings and ongoing operational support, ensuring correct interpretation and effective use of Task Mining insights, while acting as the local expert for functional and data privacy related questions.
- As the product owner and main point of contact, you will work closely with local and global stakeholders, report progress and realized benefits to senior management, and collaborate with the wider automation and analytics community to ensure Task Mining complements and strengthens the overall digital process automation landscape.
