Responsibilities

• You will work hands?on with SAP Convergent Invoicing, supporting day?to?day production operations, resolving incidents and defects, and implementing billing?related changes and improvements. Your role will combine support activities, system configuration, and close collaboration with business teams, other SAP BRIM modules, and global IT colleagues.
• You will grow your expertise by working with real production systems in a global environment, learning end?to?end billing processes and contributing to continuous improvements that directly impact DHL customers worldwide.
